Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee the implementation and progress of ABA programs.
- Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure effective interventions and positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and supervising ABA programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in psychology or related field preferred).
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Becoming RBT Certified within 30 days of employment (if not already certified upon hiring).
